Willkommen zum Spezial-Halloween – Balfolk Abend im Kühlspot mit

Die Band hat sich geändert das Motto des Abends bleibt! Sprinkle Blizzard hat sich aus verschiedenen Gründen gegen ihre erste Europatour entschieden, doch werden wir an dem Donnerstag trotzdem kostümiert tanzen können! Die befreundete Band Duo G2 ist eingesprungen und wird uns mit Bouzouki, Mandola und Irish flute-Tönen beglücken.

Kommt in euren gruseligsten Kostümen und Tanzschuhen und mit ungruseligen Instrumenten, wir laden euch mit Duo G2 zum Tanzen in den Kühlspot ein! Nach dem Gänsehaut-schönen Konzert kann es eine kleine feine Session geben.

DUO G2

Duo G2 is co-created by Jan Gałczewski (Irish bouzouki) and Michał Górka (mandola).

Born out of fascination with the sound of plucked instruments and the joy of improvisation, their music is a mix of energetic and subtle ballroom dances inspired by Scandinavian tradition, Celtic folk and rock, all suitable for a hearty evening of balfolk and mischief. Jan Gałczewski is a seasoned musician on Polish folk music stage, most recognised from his participation in Beltaine, a Celtic-fusion supergroup. Apart from the music of Duo G2, Michał Górka performs also both in medieval and classical musical contexts on a cello and other string instruments.

The duo will be accompanied by Jakub Szczygieł as a guest flute and whistles player, balfolk music composer and an old friend of the band.
